Psychotherapy services in French
Our team offers assessment and psychotherapy services for adults, adolescents (14+), and couples using a collaborative approach tailored to client needs. Our services are culturally appropriate and sensitive to the realities of the LGBTQ2S+ community.

Your well-being
Our collaboration stems from our shared desire to offer psychotherapy services in French in Toronto. We also wish to offer our services in French or English to members of diverse cultural communities.
We also chose to join forces because of our shared ideal of an open and welcoming work environment, characterized by collaboration and a positive atmosphere. We have identified three principles that guide and nurture our collaboration.
The quest for balance is at the heart of our lives and at the heart of our work with our clients. Whether it's the balance between work and private life, heart and mind, self-care and care for others, in all areas of our lives, we are constantly searching for the measure that suits us.
All three of us have completed graduate studies that prepared us for the practice of psychotherapy. Continuing education in this field is also a requirement for maintaining our membership in our respective professional orders. But our commitment to competence goes far beyond these requirements. It is a constant preoccupation. Staying current with developments in the field of psychotherapy, particularly with regard to scientific data concerning the effectiveness of the therapeutic approach, is a priority for each of us. Through our reading, meetings, discussion groups, research, and participation in workshops, conferences, and congresses, we are engaged in a continuous learning process that guides and inspires our practice.
This meeting marks the beginning of our collaboration on many levels. It was because we met that our desire to offer psychotherapy services in French in Toronto was able to become a reality. Meetings are full of invaluable possibilities. We deeply believe that encounters are what give meaning to life and that they open the door to profound processes of transformation. This is especially true in our work with our clients.
