Self-esteem & self-confidence

Feeling good about oneself, a pillar of well-being

Self-esteem represents the value we place on ourselves as a person. Self-confidence, on the other hand, reflects our perception of our abilities to act or succeed. Together, they influence how we behave, make decisions, maintain our relationships… and live our lives.

A lack of self-esteem or confidence can prevent you from taking risks, asserting yourself, saying no, or even recognizing your successes. We help you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, at your own pace and according to your needs.
