Psychothérapie pour adultes
What is psychotherapy for adults?
Psychotherapy for adults is a confidential process, centered on listening and support, that allows you to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through personalized sessions, you can explore your difficulties, learn to overcome them, and develop concrete tools to improve your psychological and emotional well-being.
We offer professional support in a safe and supportive environment, tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are going through a difficult time, experiencing general unease, or simply need a space to reflect, our qualified psychologists and psychotherapists are here for you.

Why seek psychotherapy?
Il n’est pas nécessaire d’atteindre un point de rupture pour consulter. La thérapie peut être bénéfique à différents moments de la vie, qu’il s’agisse de surmonter un défi ponctuel ou d’entreprendre une démarche de croissance personnelle.
Here are some common reasons to seek medical advice:
Generalized anxiety or panic attacks
Depression, loss of motivation or meaning
Chronic stress or mental overload
Relationship difficulties (at work, in a couple, in the family)
Loss, bereavement or difficult life transition
Low self-esteem or lack of confidence
Adjustment problems related to immigration or isolation
Need a space to reflect, get to know oneself and grow

Our clinic is proud to offer bilingual psychotherapy services to Toronto's Francophone community. Being able to express oneself in one's mother tongue is often essential for addressing profound issues with authenticity and precision.
We welcome with kindness:
English-speaking and French-speaking adults who are expatriates or newly settled
bilingual French-speaking Canadians living in Toronto
anyone wishing to pursue their therapy in French or English

Online or in-person sessions
We offer in-person consultations at our Toronto office, as well as online sessions via a secure platform. Teletherapy allows you to receive psychological support from anywhere in Ontario, in the comfort of your own home, while maintaining confidentiality and the quality of care.
Frequency and duration of meetings
A typical session lasts 50 minutes. The frequency can be weekly, bi-weekly, or adjusted to your needs. Some choose a short-term approach (5 to 10 sessions), while others commit to deeper work over several months.
