When work affects your mental health

Work occupies a large part of our lives. It can be a source of fulfillment, but also of stress, anxiety, and burnout. When work pressure becomes too great, it can impact your mental health, your sleep, your personal relationships, and your self-esteem.

We offer a safe space to help you through these difficult times, understand what is happening and regain control of your well-being.

Signs that work is harming your balance

It can be difficult to identify when work exceeds reasonable limits. Here are some common signs:

  • You feel constant pressure or an excessive mental burden.

  • You have lost all enjoyment in performing your duties.

  • You have difficulty sleeping or you feel constantly tired.

  • You dread every workday or suffer on Sunday evenings.

  • You are experiencing significant tension with your colleagues or manager.

  • You feel stuck, powerless, or demotivated.

  • You are considering leaving your job but don't know where to start.

These demonstrations are common and valid. They deserve to be taken seriously.
