Relationship problems, attachment, and parenting coaching
Relationships, at the heart of our well-being
Human relationships—whether romantic, familial, friendly, or professional—can be a source of great satisfaction… or deep wounds. Difficulty trusting, frequent conflicts, recurring relationship patterns, strained parent-child relationships: these issues are often linked to our attachment history. We offer compassionate support to help you explore your relationships, heal certain wounds, and develop healthier and more authentic connections, whether as a couple, within your family, or with your children.

What is attachment?
Attachment is the emotional bond we develop from childhood with our parental figures. It influences how we perceive relationships, react to stress, ask for support, and set boundaries.
Some people develop secure attachment, while others develop insecure styles (avoidant, anxious, or disorganized), often in reaction to unstable, critical, or unpredictable environments.
Recognizing one's attachment style allows for a better understanding of one's emotional and relational reactions, and for learning how to transform them.

Our therapeutic approach
Our psychologists and psychotherapists use evidence-based approaches, recognized for their effectiveness against anxiety and depression:
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): to identify and modify the thoughts and behaviors that perpetuate suffering.
Mindfulness-based therapy: to better manage stress and live in the present moment.
A humanistic and person-centered approach: to strengthen self-esteem and promote self-compassion.
Schema therapy: to explore the deep origins of certain negative thought patterns.

Frequent relationship problems
We support adults, couples and families who encounter the following situations:
Repetitive conflicts or difficult communication within the couple
Feeling of not being understood or heard.
Fear of abandonment, emotional dependency, or avoidance of intimacy
parent-child relationships strained or marked by guilt
A feeling of reliving the same types of relationships over and over again
Frequent breakups or fear of commitment
Emotional distress related to parenthood

Parental coaching: supportive guidance for parents

Our psychologists can help you with:
Managing crises and difficult behavior
Better communication with your child or teenager.

Finding your balance between authority and kindness
All this in a non-judgmental, collaborative environment.
